FIELD: recorders. SUBSTANCE: recorder 1 has vessel 5 for liquid ink 6, feeding tip 3 running from vessel 5, and buffer vessel 4 that is fit for absorption of excess ink 8 in case of fluctuation of pressure in vessel 5 and for its subsequent return; the recorder is realized in the form of a compact unit made of material with open pores made on the basis of microballs that are hydrophobic with respect to the indicated ink, and a small portion of microballs that are hydrophilic with respect to the mentioned ink. The mixture is homogeneous in the whole volume of buffer vessel 4 or heterogeneous. The portion of the hydrophilic microballs is smaller in the zone of the direct contact with excess ink and larger in the zone that is most remote from it. The portion of the hydrophilic microballs is preferably within 2-10% of the total weight of the buffer vessel. EFFECT: enhanced performance of the recorder. 8 cl, 2 dwg
