FIELD: manufacture of paintwork materials, more particularly furniture industry as nitrocellulose lacquers. SUBSTANCE: described is nitrocellulose lacquer which comprises pyroxylin powder, rosin derivative, dibithylphthalate, industrial acetone, butyl acetate and ethyl alcohol. Lacquer comprises conversion pyroxylin powder; conventional viscosity of 5 % solution of which in acetone is not higher than 48.5 as measured by viscosimeter. Rosin derivative is rosin maleic resin. Lacquer further comprises lean alkyd resin which is essentially glyphthalic polyether (45% solution in xylene)modified by synthetic C10-C13 or C6-C10 fatty acids, and solvent 646; consisting of butyl acetate, 10%, ethyl cellulose, 8%, acetone, 7%, butyl alcohol, 15%, ethyl alcohol, toluene, 50%. Ratios of components areas follows, wt %: pyroxylin powder, 5.5-5.7; resin KM, 8.0-8.4; resin 130, 15.0-15.4; dibutyl phthalate, 4.0-4.4; industrial acetone, 47.0-48.0; butyl acetate, 9.0-10.0; ethyl alcohol, 7.0-8.0; and solvent 646, 1.9-2.9. EFFECT: increased content of weight fraction of volatiles of nitrocellulose lacquer based on conversion pyroxylin powders to attain conventional lacquer viscosity of 50-85 s as measured by viscosimeter. 1 tbl
