FIELD: paint and varnish industry, more particularly nitroenamels based on highly viscous cellulose nitrates (peroxylins). SUBSTANCE: described is nitrocellulose enamel comprising pyroxylin powder, rosin ether, dibutyl phthalate, chloroparaffin, pigment and organic solvent, i.e. acetone organic solvent include butyl acetate, ethanol and toluene, and also copper oleate and triethyl amine, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: pyroxylin powder, 8.1-8.9; rosin ether, 8.1-8.9; chloroparaffin, 2.0-2.2; dibutyl phthalate, 4.0-4.6; pigment, 11.5-12.3; acetone, 19.3-19.6; triethyl amine, 0.08-0.09; ethanol, 6.1-6.7; butyl acetone, 25.0-26.4; toluene, 12.6-13.2; copper oleate, 0.17-0.21.
