FIELD: oil and gas industry. SUBSTANCE: process includes pumping of fracture fluid with seam pressure exceeding seam fracture pressure. Crack of predetermined size is formed, seam pressure is decreased to level below seam fraction pressure and suspension with fixing material is pumped. Extruding fluid is pumped at rate that ensures rise of seam pressure above seam fracture pressure. Fracture fluid is pumped in the amount providing for formation of crack with length exceeding radius of face zone of seam of reduced penetrability. Suspension with fixing material in the form of gel is used in process. It should be pumped in volume exceeding volume of formed crack. Invention can be recommended for both injection wells and oil wells newly brought into production.
