FIELD: gas and oil production. SUBSTANCE: inventions can be used directly on wells or collector sections of primary refining of gas condensate or oil fields. Homogenized flow of gas and liquid mixture is formed with the use of cone-shaped necking having circular boss with sharp edge across inlet to measurement section Sm built in pipe-line where microwave resonator is placed. Resonator is excited with radio waves, resonance frequency of filled resonator, pressure and temperature of gas and liquid mixture are measured and their values are used to calculate cross-section area Sl occupied by liquid fraction. Cross-section area Sg of gas fraction is computed by formula Sg=Sm-Sl. Doppler radar which determines frequency spectrum of reflected radio signal is employed to measure velocities of gas and liquid. Measured spectrum is used to determine spectrum of velocities of flow of gas and liquid mixture. Inventions provide for determination of component rate of flow of gas and liquid mixture under any volumetric shares of gas and discharges of wells under conditions of actual non- stationary flows.
