PHYSIOTHERAPEUTIC INSTALLATION Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: installation may be used for treatment and prophylaxis of different diseases as well as for saturation of sick person's organism with biologically active and mineral substances. Installation has treatment unit with stiff base made in the form of bell and water-and-airproof double-layer casing. Installation also includes mechanical unit which contains compressor, heat-insulating vessel for liquid with dosing assembly, agitator and thermometer, as well as foam generator which has at least three branch pipes with stop valves for removal of foam. Double-layer casing of treatment unit is coupled to compressor by means of pipeline with control valve. Foam generator is coupled to compressor by air-supply branch pipe, to vessel with the aid of liquid-delivery branch pipe, and to treatment unit by means of branch pipes with stop valves for removal of foam, air and for draining of condensate. Treatment unit is provided with a seat with arm rests and back formed as a jumper. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of treatment. 3 cl, 1 dwg
