FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing of gas separators of submersible electric pump units for the production of oil from high-content gas wells. Bed contains storage tank with hydraulically coupled bench gravity gas-liquid separator, backup pump, gas-liquid mixture preparation system with gas source, unit for modeling downhole conditions for placing the tested hydraulic machines and electric motors to them. Unit includes a model of a casing column with gas-liquid mixture inlet and outlets for liquid and gas. Inside casing column model, forming a circular annular space, there are gas separator and pump. Outlet section of the casing column model, located above the gas outlets of the gas separator, is made with a larger cross-sectional area of the flow section with respect to the cross-sectional area of the main portion below which is more than 10 %.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creating test conditions corresponding to real conditions in the well and providing more reliable test results.
