FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: heat resistant titanium based-alloy comprises, wt %: aluminium, 6.0-7.5; niobium, 20-25; molybdenum, 0.5-8.0; silicon, 0.015-0.5; carbon, 0.015-0.5 and boron, 0.015-0.5, 0.045 being ≅(Si+C+B)≅1,0. Use of alloy makes it possible to increase service reliability and service life, reduce weight of structures by 15-25% due to greater strength, prolonged strength, plasticity and modulus of normal elasticity. EFFECT: improved properties of the heat resistant titanium-based-alloy. 1 tbl
