SUBSTANCE: heat resistant nickel-based cast alloy comprises, wt %: chromium, 6.5- 10.5; cobalt, 6.0-10.0; molybdenum, 2.7-4.0; aluminium, 4.8-5.7; titanium, 4.2-4.7; carbon, 0.06-0.20; boron, 0.05-0.015; zirconium, 0.01-0.02; tungsten, 1.0-1.8; niobium, 0.5-1.0; cerium, 0.002-0.015; one element from group consisting of yttrium and scandium, 0.0015-0.01; vanadium, 0.1-1.0 calcium, 0.001-0.015; lanthanum, 0.002- 0.02; and nickel, the balance. Alloy is useful for manufacturing castings, e.g. working and nozzle vanes of gas turbine engines with equiaxial and directed structure operating under high-temperature and strain conditions.
