SUBSTANCE: alloy comprises, wt.%: C, 13- 0.20; Cr, 8-9.5; Co, 9-10.5; W, 9.5-11; Mo, 1.2-2.4; Nb, 0.8-1.2; Ti, 2.0-2.9; Al, 5.1-6.0; B 0.005-0.035; Zr, 0.01-0.05; Ce, 0.002-0.02; one element from group including Y; and Sc, 0.002-0.02; one element including La and Pr, 0.0008-0.008; and Ni, the balance, provided that one condition is observed, %; Ce, Y(Sc); La/Pr:=2.5:1.0:1.0; high resistance and high heat-resistant properties.
