COMPLEX SYSTEM FOR REMOVAL OF VITAL ACTIVITY PRODUCTS DURING KEEPING OF HOOFED ANIMALS IN CLOSED HOUSE Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture, in particular, animal farming. SUBSTANCE: system has single manure removal and ventilating channel positioned under floor in inclined position relative to floor surface in closed house. Single channel is made in the form of pipe with smooth internal wall and is communicated with closed house space via vertical passages. Outlet ends of vertical passages are positioned in lower part of slots in floor of closed house and are covered with readily detachable closures. Outlet end of single channel is opened into manure mass accumulating reservoir joined to manure collector, which is tightly closed with cover isolating manure collector from atmosphere. Cover is provided with openings aligned with inlet end of gas booster and with device for pumping manure from manure collector into manure septic tank. System may be used for stable keeping of hoofed animals, preferably cows and pigs, and is adapted for removal of manure, urine, ammonia, carbon dioxide and other air pollutants, and is further designed for preventing hazardous infectious microorganisms living in manure mass from penetration into houses, as well as for eliminating accumulation of manure in difficult-for-access places. EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced maintenance costs by decreased consumption of power for heating animal premises, improved living conditions for animals by providing readily regulated air exchange in house. 11 cl, 1 dwg
