FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: extruder has charging device, working chamber with two gear rolls, and forming device. Charging device has current-conductive working member and housing of non-conductive material. Shell of current-conductive material is attached to housing internal surface. Current-conductive working tool and shell are connected to current source of power-line frequency. Forming device has electric heating member. Employment of electric contact effect of electric current of power-line frequency in charging device and heating of die allow readily plasticized and other kinds of raw materials to be processed.
