FIELD: equipment for processing of agricultural products by extrusion, applicable in the food, chemical and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: the extruder has a loading bin, cylindrical body and an extrusion head with a die. The body has longitudinal grooves on the inner surface, and an auger with a torpedo-shaped extension piece, whose end face surface is made in the form of a crown, is positioned in it. Splined grooves are available on the side surface of the extension piece. An annular groove is made on the end face surface of the extrusion head, where a ring with teeth in the form of a crown is rigidly fastened. The auger torpedo-shaped extension piece and the ring may be positioned in a spaced relation to their crowns and the splined grooves on the torpedo-shaped extension piece may be positioned both in parallel with its generating line, and at an angle to it.
