FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: screw extruder incorporates a cylindrical pressing casing with a main head arranged to translate relative to the pressing casing, a main head torque measuring device, a loading device coupled with the pressing casing and a pressing screw with the mixer and the screw drive. The said mixer represents a non-conducting material cylindrical casing with the a conducting shell arranged on its inner surface and a cylindrical head arranged to move relative to the mixer cylindrical casing and the conducting working member coupled with the mixer drive. The extruder comprises also a mixer cylindrical head torque measuring device, a flour and water proportioners. Note here that the said mixer is coupled with the loading device, while the conducting working member and conducting shell are connected to the industrial-frequency current supply source.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption, higher homogeneity quality of finished products.
