FIELD: devices for acoustic treatment of producing formations including that for intensification of production rate of oil, water and other fluids from wells. SUBSTANCE: well acoustic radiator has upper head with content device for cable lug, lower head, airtight body. Body accommodates electronic unit, piezoelectric transducers formed of longitudinally polarized parallel-connected piezoceramic washers. Several washers are made with segments electrically insulated from other surface of washer. Piezoelectric transducers are located perpendicular to radiator longitudinal axis and made with cover plates. Cover plate working surface comes in contact directly with environment. Piezoelectric transducers are self-contained electrically and mechanically, and arranged with turn to one another through an angle from 0 to ±180 deg. Cover plates do not protrude beyond element of cylinder circumscribed round radiator body. Working surface of cover plates is flat or convex, or concave. Body accommodating piezoelectric transducers is made in the form of cylinder or polyhedral parallelepiped with sealing units in the form of glands. Piezoelectric washers are prestressed. EFFECT: increased acoustic power directed to formation, selective acoustic stimulation of bottom-hole formation zone, improved convenience of radiator servicing in operation. 6 cl, 6 dwg
