METHOD OF CONTROL CYCLE OF ARTICLE ROTATION SURFACING Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering; rotation machining of articles. SUBSTANCE: method relates to surfacing of exhaust valves of internal combustion engines by powder alloys. Method provides measuring of active values of processing parameters, comparing the parameters with rated values and, in case of their differences, adequately correcting process of surfacing. In process of surfacing, parameter characterizing heat conditions is calculated and is used for correction using ratio of heat introduced into article within preset time to angular displacement of article within this period as correction parameter.
