FIELD: oil and gas production industry, particularly, devices applicable in repairs of wells. SUBSTANCE: packer has body made in the form of pipe. Located on packer body are fixing members and collar seals. Packer also has seat for shutoff member and shell. Made from top and bottom of fixing members are anchoring units. Packer has also pressing bushing with two coaxial holes, internal thread, recess and internal boss on bushing end. Pressing bushing is located concentrically on sleeve with pawl with limited movement. Pressing bushing is capable of sliding relative to sleeve with pawl and body. Sleeve with pawl is stepped with slots in the form of grip and with inclined internal bead and chamfer or with rounded member in the form of sphere and located in cavity of pressing bushing for catching by end internal beads. Inner diameter of end inclined bead is less than outer diameter of body by value of two heights of body groove. Upper conical sleeve is rigidly connected with pressing bushing. Lower conical sleeve is rigidly connected with device body. Guide of conical sleeve is made in the form of reed spring whose lower end is located in lower part of slip with teeth, and its other end is attached to conical sleeve. Located between ends of pressing bushing and lower conical sleeve are collar seals with check washers. EFFECT: extended technological potentialities of packer, higher reliability of packer fixing with liner in adding tubing of smaller diameter in well at definite depth with simultaneous improvement of reliability of sealing of tubing-casing annulus. 3 cl, 6 dwg
