The width of the open section of the chute in the radial direction is less than the diameter of the round case flange. In the lower part the body is hinge-joined to a shoe installed under the bottom, the hinge pin is perpendicular to the body vertical axis. A bracket with a hole for a roller is attached to the body lateral surface. The roller is made in the form of a handle and installed in parallel with the body vertical axis. A spring-loaded catch with a lever is fastened on the roller in the lower part. The catch is made in the form of a spring-loaded rocker installed on the bracket in the upper part of the device body.
