SUBSTANCE: each monetary system has issuing banks or financial office communicating with money generating device used for generating electronic money supported by demand deposits and electronic credit warrants and putting them in circulation; correspondent banks that accept and distribute electronic money; set of operating devices enabling user to store electronic money, to execute monetary transactions with on-line access systems of banks involved or off-line exchange of electronic money with other similar operating devices; cash devices communicating with issuing and correspondent banks and used for interfacing issuing and correspondent banks proper; safety service processor unit meant to maintain system integrity. Methods describe coordination and clearing processes for current check-up and balancing of each monetary system.
