SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means of electronic payments using mobile devices. System ensures the implementation of cash transactions between system users and other objects. System may include a mobile device that runs an application for a system for conducting cash transactions, and also a subscriber who has a profile in the system. Subscriber indicates transaction to be executed in the system of cash transactions. System processor executes transactions indicated by a customer, including communication with cash transaction database to determine whether the transaction is permitted or not, based on data entered in the subscriber profile. In carrying out a transaction system also includes at least one subject involved in said transaction and having a profile in the system. This subject can be a human, a retail shop, an agent or other subject.
EFFECT: invention improves reliability of electronic payments.
