FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing astigmatism by applying corneal self-tightening tunnel incision in perpendicular to the strong astigmatism axis. It is used for extracting cataract and implanting intraoc ular eye lens. Non-penetrating corneal incision is done in the same meridian position on the opposite cornea side.
