FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating conjunctiva in 12 o'clock position under local anesthesia conditions. Vertical eye axis is marked in 12 o'clock position and mark is set 3 mm downward on the vertical eye axis. One more mark is set 3 mm far from the vertical eye axis near the limb. Sclera is cut along hyperbole line between the earlier produced marks at the angle formed as a result of vertical eye axis and limb intersection. Sclera and cornea are exfoliated. Tunnel is built. Anterior chamber is accessed. Cataract phacoemulsification is carried out and intraocular lens is set. Suture is put in on conjunctiva. Dexazon is administered.
