SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical combined preparation consisting of two hormonal preparations packaged separately in the space relationship in a single package unit and designated for oral administration in sequential time order that can be taken out separately as daily dosed units. The first of hormonal components has estrogenic gestagenic preparation in combination as hormonal biologically active substance taken in the dose that is sufficient for suppression of ovulation and made as monophase or multiphase variant. The second hormonal component has a single estrogenic preparation as hormonal biologically active substance. The first hormonal component has 23 or 25 and the second hormonal component has 4-10 daily dosed units and daily dosed units of the first hormonal component do not contain the combination of biogenic estrogen and synthetic estrogen. The total amount of daily dosed units of hormones is equal to the total amount of days of menstrual cycle. This combined preparation using for control of ability of women to make progeny has low estrogen content in each dosed unit and the total low content of hormones per cycle intaking and shows high contraception efficiency, insignificant cases of follicle development, faultless control of cycle and safety avoiding intermediate bleedings and nondesirable adverse effects.
