SUBSTANCE: preparation consists of the first component, i. e. biogenic estrogen, synthetic estrogen and gestagen and if necessary one or some additional components. The latter consist of pharmaceutically acceptable placebo or biogenic or synthetic gestagen or estrogen, or of combination of three agents, or combination of synthetic estrogens and gestagen and also of pharmaceutical container for contraception.
