FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: method of enhancement of penetration of pharmacologically active agent involves topical application on skin or mucosa of pharmacologically active agent and compound for enhancement of its penetration. Enhancers of penetration are biodegradable substances of the novel group of esters long-chain aliphatic acids with N,N-disubstituted alcohols. The most preferable enhancers of penetration are 1-(N,N-dimethylamino)-2-propanol dodecanoate, 1-(N,N-dimethylamino)-2-propanol myristate and 1-(N,N-dimethylamino)-2-propanol oleate. New enhancers of penetration enhance permeability of partition membranes and increase absorption of pharmacologically active compounds by skin and mucosa envelopes. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of agents. 22 cl, 10 dwg, 7 tbl, 4 ex
