SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, namely to percutaneous drug delivery composition containing mixed steroid in therapeutically effective amount and relevant steroid derivative. In the preferential version said mixture contains pharmaceutically active agent in therapeutically effective amount containing steroid and steroid derivative, and also a pharmaceutical carrier. Steroid and relevant steroid derivative are taken in mass ratio 10:1 to 1:10 steroid/relevant steroid derivative. In the preferential version said ratio is 6:1 to 1:6. In the preferential version relevant steroid derivative is steroid ester. In the other version the carrier is polymer containing a press-sensitive adhesive. In another version a parent drug is ACE inhibitor, such as Ramipril, and a prodrug is ACE inhibitor prodrug, such as ethyl ester of Ramipril and/or methyl ester of Ramipril.
EFFECT: composition characterised with lower crystallisation in system possesses advanced steroid flow rate.
