GYRATION SCREEN Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: construction industry; sorting of difficult-to-screen materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed screen has drive, material collectors, movable box with screening surface rigidly coupled with vibrating shaft furnished with hinge joint crank with contact with guides limiting its displacement in horizontal plane. Guides are secured on opposite sides of frame. Guides are provided with projections located on radius of crank rotation so that distance between projection of one guide and cavity of other guide is equal to length of crank. Crank of shaft has rigid mechanical ties with rear side of movable box whose front side is coupled in the same manner with crank of axle installed for rotation of fixed frame. Screening surface is made rectangular and concave changing in central part into plane with regular circle form. Ripper in form of vertical telescopic shaft with horizontal axle in lower part is arranged above screening surface. Rotating cylindrical rollers with locking mechanism are installed for free rotation on horizontal axle. Rollers are provided with strings secured on their generatrix. Distance between strings does not exceed maximum size of material particles. EFFECT: improved efficiency of separation of natural and higher humidity materials for dry and wet screening in wide range of granulometric content. 3 dwg
