SUBSTANCE: method of preparing homogeneous porous nitrocellulose intermediate for production of varnish-and-dye and glue compositions and plastics consists in mixing of water-wet nitrocellulose with plasticizer selected from group including polyethylene glycol ethers of mono- and dialkylphenol, polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol ethers of higher alcohol, hydroxy and alkoxy derivatives of dioxan, polyethylene glycols and polypropylene glycols, chloroparaffins, nondrying vegetable oils and their mixtures mixed at any proportions to complete dissolution.
