FIELD: parts made from superalloys with protective coatings. SUBSTANCE: part made from nickel or cobalt superalloy has intermediate layer consisting of binding layer and fastening layer including oxide compound and nitrogen additive in amount of 1-10 at.%, and ceramic coating applied to fastening layer. Oxide compound includes aluminum oxide and/or chromium oxide. Ceramic coating consists of ZrO2 and stabilizer selected from group including Y2O3, CeO2, CaO and MgO. Part consisting of base, fastening layer and ceramic coating forms component of gas turbine. Method of application of ceramic coating to part made of nickel or cobalt superalloy includes application to base of intermediate layer consisting of binding layer and fastening layer by physical deposition from gas phase, or by diffusion saturation, and application of ceramic coating to fastening layer by diffusion deposition from gas phase. Increased service life of parts is due to the fact that nitrogen atoms inhibit elements diffusion through fastening layer to heat barrier layer. EFFECT: prolonged service life of parts. 21 cl, 2 dwg
