Alternative version provides for the first oxide to form surface. Reinforcing layer may be formed on surface with the aid of the following operations: provision round the article of oxygen-containing atmosphere, evaporation of chemical compound of the first metal element and chemical compound of the other metal element in atmosphere to form three-component gas phase and precipitation of this gas phase on article.
