SUBSTANCE: pumping plant has main displacement hydraulic pump with constant working volume and drive from asynchronous motor, flowmeter, check hydraulic valve includes into pressure hydraulic line, relief automatic device and safety hydraulic valve connected to pressure and return hydraulic lines before check hydraulic valve, pressure pickup connected with pressure hydraulic line, limiting unit, multiplying unit, comparator unit, set up unit and frequency converter. Flowmeter is includes into pressure hydraulic line between hydraulic pump and safety hydraulic valve, and connected with input of limiting unit. Outputs of pressure pickup and liming unit are connected to inputs of multiplying unit whose output is connected with input of comparator unit whose second input is connected to output of set up unit. Output of comparator unit is connected with input of frequency converter whose output is connected to asynchronous motor of drive of main hydraulic pump.
