FIELD: transport engineering; internal combustion engines; pumps. SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed for delivering fuel from fuel tank into internal combustion engine of vehicle has drive electric motor and impeller pump 11 with base parts 16, 21 driven by electric motor. Parts 16, 21 are rigidly connected with device housing 32 and form working chamber 17 which accommodates fuel delivering actuating members 12 set into rotation by motor. Insert 51 made of wear-resistant material is mounted on one of base parts 16, 21 partially limiting working chamber 17. Insert 51 forms at least part of wall 18, 19 of working chamber limiting chamber 17 in direction of axis of rotation of actuating members 12. Such design of device makes it possible to cut down cost of manufacture of working chamber 17. EFFECT: increased service life of working chamber, reduced noise level. 13 dwg, 4 dwg
