METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF GAS CONDENSATE TO CONVEYING THROUGH PIPE-LINE Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: gas industry, in particular, procedure of industrial preparation of gas and extraction of gas condensate that is subject to conveying in a single-phase state through an underground pipe-line, in particular on gas fields located in the zone of permafrost. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in heating of low- temperature condensate extracted from natural gas, its degassing and separation of the water phase, finish pressing of degassed condensate and its feeding to the pipe-line with the ground temperature and vapor pressure ensuring the conveying in single-phase state. The low-temperature condensate is heated to a temperature below the value corresponding to the ground temperature with due account made for the condensate temperature rise at its finish pressing and heating of the degassed finish-pressed condensate to the ground temperature. EFFECT: enhanced loss of methanol, reduced amount of degassing gas and enhanced amount of product gas condensate. 1 dwg
