SUBSTANCE: the installation additionally has a resonator chamber with a source of microwave power, radiator installed at an angle to the drier axis, material finish drying chamber with an inlet of inert gas; the infrared heating source envelops the whole material spray cone, and the finish drying chamber, resonator and spraying chambers, condenser-freezer and the pumping- out device represent a single vacuum line.
