SUBSTANCE: proposed unit comprises a vacuum drier with a pump-out device, a condenser-freezer, drying chamber with SHF and US sources and convective electric power supply, temperature and vacuum pickups and a sampler. The device vacuum drier top part incorporates a device cutting fruit-and-vegetable products and a sorter allowing sort out lumpy products. The fruit-and-vegetable cutter, sorter, SHF- and US-sources with convective power supply, vacuum and temperatures pickups and condenser-freezer are tightly connected into an integrated vacuum system with the pump-out device.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and product quality.
