SUBSTANCE: the plant has an ultrasonic source, three vacuum measuring transducers uniformly arranged in height, six temperature-sensitive elements uniformly arranged in height of the drying chamber, device for sampling of dried material making it possible to take samples in the areas of monitoring of temperature and vacuum depth in the drying chamber, the condenser-freezer, drying, pulverizing chambers, microwave source, ultrasonic source, vacuum, temperature transducers and the sampling device are hermetically connected and included in a single vacuum line with an exhausting device.
EFFECT: enhanced capability and enhanced quality of product.
