FIELD: prognostication of proximate evaluation of technological properties and dressability of natural and technogenic mineral raw minerals and detection of process errors in mineral concentration. SUBSTANCE: method includes determination of chemical and mineral composition of raw materials, granulometric composition of ore initial size and granulometric composition of product reduced in size for maximum degree of exposure of valuable components; evaluation of structure-phase characteristics of minerals; determination of mineral physical properties and prediction technological parameters. In so doing, determination of quantitative values of structural and technological parameters including structure element of exposure, limit sizes of ore classification in cycle of size reduction, degree of exposure of ore minerals, distribution of concretions in mineral phases in quality is performed by automatic analysis of images by opticogeometric methods. EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of preliminary evaluation of technological parameters and dressability of various raw mineral materials, reduced terms of technological investigations and detection of possible errors in processing of mineral raw materials. 4 cl, 2 dwg
