FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: claimed process is based on advance continuous complex automatic control over initial ore mineralogy and material constitution and logically substantiated frequency of type development for ore stock fed by conveyor belt. Proposed process comprises the steps that follow. Combined are the analysis of video image, data base for ore standard types set of experts and digitized data of direct control by photo-video-radiological and mobile X-ray-fluorescence instruments and sequence of ore typification jobs. This done at comparative assessment of controlled parameters of ore fed for dressing to ensure the acceptable degree of typification. Intellectual ACS with content-addressable storage or identifier-observer of variable situations with the application of ore characteristic standard clusters correlated with the type of ore to be dressed can notably add to claimed process efficiency.

EFFECT: higher process efficiency and quality of products, electric power and material saving, enhanced typification performances, simplified process.
