FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: composition has, wt.%: mustard powder, 28.5-59-5; mixture of crushed mustard corn kernels (1-2 weight portions) and ground mustard mill cake (9-8 weight portions), 70-40; fir or eucalyptus oil, 0.5-1.5. The mustard corn kernels and ground mustard mill cake are ground to particle size of 600-700 mcm. The mustard mass of the composition is enclosed into contour package like closed package from unsoaking porous heat-fusable paper or as closed package having unsoaking porous heat-fusible paper layer on one side and material combined on paper base or packing paper with polymer lining on the other side. EFFECT: combined effectiveness of mustard and fir or eucalyptus oil properties in the same plaster; no need in special-purpose heatable inhalator units. 2 cl
