FIELD: wood-working industry, in particular, machines fro sawing of woods. SUBSTANCE: belt sawing machine has a bed frame that mounts pulleys with the belt saw. Both pulleys are driven ones. The pulley drives have similar parameters. Due to it, an equality of transmitted torques from the motors is observed, and the value of pretension of the belt saw is distributed uniformly between both branches of the belt saw. EFFECT: enhanced pretension of the belt saw and thus enhanced stability of it, and consequently enhanced efficiency of wood sawing. 1 dwg
