METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF JET WASHING BATH FOR WASHING PARTS FROM HANGERS Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: manufacture of baths for stationary and transfer (mechanized) lines of galvanochemical treatment and/or cleaning of surfaces of parts, printed circuit boards and electronic equipment. SUBSTANCE: method includes molding the rectangular reservoir consisting of double-inclined bottom with drain hole, side and end walls with horizontal beads over perimeter of reservoir, distributing manifolds with members forming parallel jets of cleaning liquid arranged in staggered order; distributing manifolds are laid in upper portion of reservoir; reservoir is also provided with pipe lines which are open in width and height of jet treatment zone and are connected with manifolds feeding the cleaning liquid and drain pipe lines. Reservoir is made from separate modules articulated over end and side walls of reservoir and over horizontal beads, viz: technological module including double-inclined bottom provided with drain hole and used for placing the hanger with parts to be treated; intensive jet washing module used for arrangement of distributing manifolds with jet forming members arranged in staggered order and pipe lines open in width and height of jet treatment zone; shielding module fitted with protective baffles made from acid- and alkali-resistant material, for example from vinyl plastic, polypropylene or titanium and connected with side and end walls of module and inclined towards intensive jet washing module and used for protection of open pipe line of modules against splashes of cleaning liquid; low-pressure liquid and/or air jet treatment module with respective distributing manifolds and jet forming members which if used for preliminary washing-off electrolyte (solution) and brought out of process bath and blowing off excessive cleaning liquid after withdrawing the parts from bath; bath is provided with cover made if form of shaped flange having ports whose sizes coincide with size of treatment zone of reservoir; distributing manifolds are mounted till intensive jet washing module is articulated shielding module and shielding module is articulated with low-pressure liquid and/or air jet treatment module whose upper and/or lower edges of end walls are provided with slots of respective profile; at least side walls and/or horizontal beads of above- mentioned modules being articulated, as well as lower surface of cover along its end walls are provided with guide for additional security; pipe lines which are open in width and height of jet treatment zone are formed from shaped members located on lateral sides of intensive jet washing module and are rigidly connected with end walls of module over end sides, as well as with guides by lower surface, guides are used for articulation of intensive jet washing module with technological module and are provided with drain holes for return of jets of cleaning liquid which were not used in the course of washing. Members for forming parallel jets of cleaning liquid are located under respective distributing manifolds in inner volume formed by -shaped members and by end walls of intensive jet washing module. Modules and cover of reservoir are assembled by bonding and/or mechanical fastening of surfaces; required holes, slots and ports of shaped flange are made by milling. EFFECT: extended functional and technological capabilities; enhanced efficiency of location and entrainment of jets and splashes of cleaning liquid and contaminated medium. 5 cl, 2 dwg
