FIELD: manufacture of electroplating baths for washing parts in cold water by dipping or by combined method both for transfer lines and mechanized lines of galvanochemical treatment. SUBSTANCE: method consists in molding the rectangular technological reservoir by welding or casting; this reservoir includes bottom, water drain unit, end and side walls with horizontal beads and auxiliary module articulated with reservoir; auxiliary module has upper flange with port whose sizes coincide with sizes of treatment zone in technological reservoir and continuous side and end baffle plates engageable with reservoir and rigidly interconnected; technological reservoir is provided with overflow well made in form of continuous baffle plate located along its nearest side wall; provision is also made for guide located perpendicularly above overflow well; this guide is detachably secured on inner surface or in slots of side walls of technological reservoir; it is also provided with devices for securing the pipe line in horizontal position; upper edges of opposite end walls of technological reservoir and lower edges of end baffle plate of auxiliary module engageable with it are provided with through slots of respective profile for receiving and locking the respective sections of -shaped distributing manifold whose vertical sections are used for working medium jet forming units; horizontal section of distributing manifold is mounted in devices for locking the pipe line which are found on side surface of respective guide engageable with end surface of second end baffle plate of auxiliary module whose side baffle plates are provided with guides mounted on their inner surface; these guides are used for conjugation of end surfaces of side walls of technological reservoir with end surfaces of side baffle plates of auxiliary module in the course of articulation; auxiliary module is equipped with splash shielding member rigidly connected with end baffle plates of auxiliary module and made in form of additional continuous side baffle plate mounted inside module above overflow well of technological reservoir after jet forming units of respective vertical section of -shaped distributing manifold; upper flange articulated with end surfaces of side and end baffle plates of auxiliary module is provided with additional port above overflow well of technological reservoir and respective guides for securing the upper flange to end and side baffle plates of auxiliary module; units for entrapping liquid flowing of surfaces of parts carried above bath are fitted on upper flange; they are made in form of baffles closed on end sided and inclined towards additional port of upper flange or in form of baffle fitted with beads and inclined towards port of upper flange; technological reservoir and auxiliary module are molded by molding, bonding and/or mechanical fastening of surfaces to be connected with the use of milling procedures.
