FIELD: reinforcing netted fabrics used in road building. SUBSTANCE: textile netted fabric with large cells for reinforcing bitumen bonded layers of, for instance, roads is covered with bituminous compound providing adhesion and is composed of two sets of parallel threads 1 and 2 taking up a load. One set of threads 1 is extending lengthwise of netted fabric and other set of threads 2 is extending crosswise of netted fabric. Threads 1 and 2 are composed of fibre glass filaments or chemical filaments, such as polymeric or polycondensation plastic filaments. Reinforcing netted fabric for bitumen bonded layers, which provides improved adherence to prepared surface as compared to known netted fabrics and does not create hindering separating layer between mentioned layers, is produced by laying intersecting threads 1,2 in Raschel pattern onto thin nonwoven material 3, with connecting Raschel threads embracing threads 1 of netted fabric extending in lengthwise direction to fix threads 2 extending in crosswise direction. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified structure and improved adhesion to prepared road pavement. 8 cl, 3 dwg
