FIELD: power engineering, applicable as a source of heat supply, as well as for hydrodynamic intensification of processes in disperse systems and cavitation sterilization of liquid media. SUBSTANCE: attained in the heat generator is a stepped cavitation of the treated liquid flow with acceleration of it is conical converging aligned opposing nozzles up to a speed of 30 to 40 m/s, spinning of the jet and reduction of the pressure of steam generation at the temperature of the treated liquid, with a subsequent swirling of the jet in the outlet diffusion packing and impact braking at their counter interaction. As a result of interaction of jets the flow turns within 90 deg and through the connecting converging circular plane is fed to a resonator, where the liquid flow undergoes an additional treatment by ultrasound, gets heated and supplied to the using equipment. EFFECT: reduced weight, improved compactness, enhanced reliability due to absence of movable parts, simplified manufacture. 1 dwg
