SUBSTANCE: purse-card has semiconductor integrated-circuit arrangement incorporating at least logic address and control circuits and nonvolatile storage; purse-card is designed for erasing units of value saved in locations of its nonvolatile storage only upon entering carry value in storage location of partial area next in rank of significance that has not been entered earlier.
