FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming fibrous fabric from linen filaments or mixture of linen filaments and synthetic filaments, with content of the latter not exceeding 30 wt %; stitching fabric with needle at needle stitching density of 100-250 cm -2 and stitching depth of 3-5 mm; doubling first fabric filaments by needle stitching method with second layer by fabric or nonwoven thermally fixed material at stitching density of 50-150 cm -2 and stitching depth of 4-7 mm; impregnating inner sole material with aqueous dispersion of copolymeric binder containing, parts: butadiene 20-50; styrene 80-50; methacrylic acid 1-3; squeezing obtained material and drying at temperature of 110-120 C until content of copolymeric binder in ready material reaches 10-30 wt %. Material for shoe inner sole is composed of two layers, with first layer being made in the form of fibrous fabric of linen filaments or mixture of linen filaments and synthetic filaments (not exceeding 30 wt %) and being stitched with needles at stitching density of 100-250 cm -2 and stitching depth of 3-5 mm, and second layer being made in the form of fabric or nonwoven thermally fixed fabric and joined to first layer by needle stitching at density of 50-150 cm -2 and stitching depth of 4-7 mm. Material may further include copolymeric binder containing butadiene, styrene, methacrylic acid, with content of copolymeric binder upon drying of material not exceeding 10-30 wt%. Material for shoe inner sole has increased sorption capacity with respect to water vapors (hygroscopicity and moisture output), improved fungus resistance and increased strength in wet state, low surface peeling and high wear resistance.
