FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying surgical intervention and treating the nervous system with medical preparations. 40-45 ml of 0.25% novocaine solution is introduced into peridural space of the lumbothoracic region of the vertebral column at the level of Th XII-L1 during toxic response period. The novocaine solution is repeatedly injected in toxic response period 2-3 weeks later and when surgical intervention indications are available in consequence period. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in bringing to norm the adaptation-trophic function; prevented infectious complications.
