FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying tourniquet to injured limb. Colored perfusion liquid is introduced into the blood flow bed below the tourniquet under pressure. Colorless nonviable tissues are removed. Bleeding blood vessels are detected by colored liquid flowing out from them. Their hemostasis is carried out. EFFECT: prevented intraoperation and postoperative hemorrhages after taking off the tourniquet; blood vessel lumen cleaned from thrombi and toxic products.
