FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has gas-proof air-inflatable envelope filled with granulated material, vacuum pump, and fastening belts. Additional air-inflatable sections filled with granulated material are placed sidelong of the main envelope to enable rotation about abutment line. The additional section length is (0.3-0.45)A, their lower end being (0.10-0.15)A distant from the lower end of the stretcher, where A is the stretcher length. Fastening belts are fixed along the longitudinal axis of the main envelope on the same side with the working surface and in lateral position on the sides of the additional sections in the zone of additional sections. Fastening belts are fixed along the additional edges of the sections on the rest part of the main envelope. The main and the additional sections are connected to each other by means of air-conducting ducts and have a common or individual vacuum pumps. Valves are optionally mounted on the air-conducting ducts between the sections to enable one to shut the ducts. EFFECT: multiple functional applications of the stretcher in emergency medicine; reliable victim fixation when transporting him from the accident or disaster place. 6 cl, 5 dwg
