FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has gas-proof air-inflatable envelope filled with granulated material, vacuum pump, and fastening belts. Flexible pneumatic chambers are mounted on the working surface of the envelope. The inferior chamber is arranged symmetrically with respect to longitudinal axis of the stretcher and the superior one is positioned asymmetrically with respect to longitudinal axis of the stretcher. Fastening belts of the inferior pneumatic chamber are fixed on the longitudinal axis of the stretcher and on its lateral members. Pneumatic chamber sections have tube for compressed air delivery and valve for controlling air pressure limit. A victim is placed on vacuum mat filled with granulated material and rigid bed is formed by pumping air out of the mat. The vacuum mat is provided with the inferior and superior pneumatic chamber. The lower and part of the vacuum mat is fastenable around the victim legs together with the inferior pneumatic chamber, the superior pneumatic chamber being fixable around the abdominal cavity. Compressed air is supplied into the pneumatic chambers, beginning from the inferior one. Compressed air is optionally supplied into any pneumatic chamber independently of the other ones. Air pressure in the inferior pneumatic chamber is set to be 1.2-2.3 times as high as that in the superior one. EFFECT: multiple functional applications of the stretcher. 13 cl, 3 dwg
